What kind of problems do you treat? Much of our work is with back, shoulder and neck pain, but we treat all types of damage to muscles and joints. This includes sporting injuries of all kinds, arthritic conditions, general muscular aches and painds, and stress related problems.

I have had this pain for ages, can you help me? We hope to – but that depends on what is causing the pain.If, after consultation, we don’t feel there is any way we can help, no charge is made.

How will you treat my condition? We treat injuries by massage, manipulation and electrotherapy. The type of treatment you will receive depends on your condition. It usually involves a combination of these techniques but massage is used most. Linn may also treat you using her reflexology or aromatherapy skills and Laura who works through massage is a qualified Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist.

Will the treatment be painful? Much of our work is in pain relief. Naturally we often have to work in areas which are tender but we always try to keep any discomfort to a minimum. Remember, our ultimate aim is to ease pain.

Will I have to take my clothes off? Only articles that are neccesary for examination and treatment, no embarrassment is caused and absolute privacy is guaranteed.

How long will the treatment take? Allow up to one hour for normal massage treatments.

I have a problem with my little toe. Is it worth bothering about?
If it is causing discomfort – yes. The longer you wait, the more difficult it may be to correct. In addition, you may be collecting secondary injuries which could become even more troublesome.
